These terms govern use of habrix.space. Submitting the contact form is a request for information, not automatic formation of a contract.
1. Owner and contact

2. No public offer
Website materials, cases and service descriptions are informational and invite users to make an enquiry. They do not contain all material contract terms and are not a public offer under Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Scope, price, schedule, intellectual property, payment, warranties and liability are agreed in an individual proposal or signed contract. An enquiry does not oblige either party to enter into a contract.
3. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Users must not disrupt the website, bypass security, introduce malicious code or use it to infringe third-party rights. Website design, code, text, graphics and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Reproduction for publication or commercial reuse requires permission.
4. Availability and liability
The website is provided “as is”. Habrix aims to keep it available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation in every environment or suitability of general information for a specific project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Governing law
